The Lodge Gift Card Terms & Information

Important Information

  • The Lodge Gift Card is not a cheque, credit, or charge card.

  • Gift cards can be delivered via email or post. A £3.95 fee applies to all postal gift card orders.

How to Use Your Gift Card

  • Gift cards can only be redeemed through www.thelodgeburniston.co.uk.

  • To check availability and book, please visit the website or email us directly at stay@thelodgeburniston.co.uk

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • When redeeming, the booking amount will be deducted from your gift card balance. Any remaining credit can be applied to future bookings or purchases.

Terms of Use

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

  • Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.

  • The Lodge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or for any unused balance remaining on the card.

  • Refunds or cancellations for bookings made with a gift card will follow The Lodge’s standard refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Fraud & Payment Issues

  • If payment for a gift card is not successfully received from the purchaser’s bank or card provider, the value of the gift card will be cancelled.

  • The Lodge reserves the right to take action where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse.
