The Lodge Gift Card Terms & Information
Important Information
The Lodge Gift Card is not a cheque, credit, or charge card.
The minimum value to activate a gift card is £50.
Gift cards can be delivered via email or post. A £3.95 fee applies to all postal gift card orders.
Physical gift boxes are dispatched within 2–3 days of purchase.
UK delivery only.
How to Use Your Gift Card
Gift cards can only be redeemed through www.thelodgeburniston.co.uk.
To check availability and book, please visit the website or email us directly at thelodgeburniston@gmail.com.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
When redeeming, the booking amount will be deducted from your gift card balance. Any remaining credit can be applied to future bookings or purchases.
Terms of Use
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.
The Lodge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or for any unused balance remaining on the card.
Refunds or cancellations for bookings made with a gift card will follow The Lodge’s standard refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Fraud & Payment Issues
If payment for a gift card is not successfully received from the purchaser’s bank or card provider, the value of the gift card will be cancelled.
The Lodge reserves the right to take action where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse.
