The Lodge Gift VOUCHER Terms & Information
Important Information
The Lodge Gift Voucher is not a cheque, credit, or charge card.
The minimum value to activate a gift voucher is £50.
Gift vouchers can be delivered via email or post. A £3.95 fee applies to all postal gift voucher orders.
How to Use Your Gift Voucher
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed through www.thelodgeburniston.co.uk.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
When redeeming, the booking amount will be deducted from your gift voucher balance. Any remaining credit can be applied to future bookings or purchases.
Terms of Use
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
Purchases of gift vouchers are non-refundable.
The Lodge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, or for any unused balance remaining on the voucher.
Refunds or cancellations for bookings made with a gift voucher will follow The Lodge’s standard refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Fraud & Payment Issues
If payment for a gift voucher is not successfully received from the purchaser’s bank or card provider, the value of the gift voucher will be cancelled.
The Lodge reserves the right to take action where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse.

Policy Updates
The Lodge reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions when necessary for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Notice will be provided where possible. We also reserve the right to refuse a gift card if we believe it has been obtained or used fraudulently.
